### Apartment "Gran Sol Family 4" with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning (Tourist Tax Included)

During the low season, few bars and shops are open in the area. We recommend having a car to get around. The 50-square-meter, newly renovated apartment is on the first floor and perfect for enjoying the island’s tranquility. Just 3 minutes from coves and 20 minutes from Cala D'or, it’s ideal for hiking, cycling, or climbing.  
  
The complex offers a shared pool and a small playground for children. Maximum capacity is 6 guests. The accommodation features heating (split), Wi-Fi, and self check-in with keys in a lockbox. A crib is available on request for an extra charge.

#### Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage, aber Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gut

Pros: Die Betreuung durch die Vermietung war sehr gut und freundlich. Sehr gute Lage. Cons: Die Wohnung war frisch renoviert, schade ist, dass sie mit den günstigsten Materialien sparsam ausgestattet wurde.
