Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 cm x 200 cm, 7 single beds 90 cm x 200 cm, TV), bathroom, shower room, WC, and landing.  
Electric heating.  
Enclosed garden of 730 m².  
Tumble dryer.  
Swing set, ping-pong table, and pétanque court.  
Option for 4 extra beds (€33/additional person) and 2 babies (cots and high chairs).  
A cleaning fee of €90 is charged for business clients.  
For business clients, bed linen and cleaning are mandatory. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, the Gîte des 4 Saisons offers modern décor and comfort in a bright and welcoming atmosphere.  
  
Formerly a mill and grain storage facility, Jean-Noël and Christine have completely renovated it, designing it as a modern home.  
  
Amenities include: Wi-Fi, enclosed grounds, garden furniture, barbecue, outdoor games, terrace, garden, pets allowed, farm setting, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, television, DVD player, microwave, detached house, heating included, and baby-friendly facilities.
