Eu moro no Texas e vim para o Brasil porque tinha uma cirurgia marcada e também para rever familia e amigos, tudo certo e indo muito bem até que um dia o recepcionista Gustavo, decide barrar uma amiga de subir e me visitar, me causando um transtorno desnecessário, tive que levantar do sofá operado e ir até o telefone me explicar e falar com o Sr. Gustavo, o mesmo disse que eu deveria ter informado que estava recém operado na reserva, algo pessoal e não acho que deveria, mas quando realizei o checkin informei ao recepcionista e ainda pedi ajuda com as mala, Gustavo destratou minha amiga e isso me deixou bem descontente, apesar disso, todo o resto da experiência foi muito boa, café da manhã bem farto, dependências limpas e ótimo room service, vista excelente também.

This hotel is amazing! We absolutely loved it. Very quiet. Extremely comfortable beds. The staff took such great care of us. The view from our room was amazing. We left the curtains open so we could wake up to it. This hotel is perfect. Stay here. You will love it!

There were no towels (needed to request), no bathroom amenities, room service didn’t bring half of my food order. Disappointed. I’ve been to this hotel many times, first time I saw such a poor overall service.

Not bad for the price
I'll get my biggest complaint out of the way first. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I don't know if Brazilians prefer sleeping on rock hard beds, but it really hurt my back. The staff was nice, and there was always someone around that spoke English. The breakfast, gym, and sauna were decent. I would say this is a solid 3 star hotel.

Great stay. Recommended
Pleasant surprise. Great location, great breakfast, clean and quiet. I had a great stay here. The only think I would improve is the shower since it was not hot enough but not a deal breaker.

Stayed for one night, front desk receptionist was polite and friendly at the same time professional, breakfast was normal Brazilian taste nothing special, I found all staff including maintenance people polite and friendly, overall a good choice.

Although a number of things can be said for this obvious Old hotel the beds are not the most comfortable ones. Very uncomfortable indeed. Also in a room with two one person beds there is almost no way to put them together to make as a improvised two person bed. Also there is no iron available in the rooms or in the hotel to lend. You have to take dry cleaning etc. also the minibar is not stacked as it supposed to be. There is always something missing. The room service and personnell is great as well the breakfast.
