Convenient location across from two shopping malls. I wish they had at least a bottle of drinking water and the self-help coffee kit in the room for the price. Reception and Concierge Staff were very friendly and helpful.

My second stay I like it so much. Great location, spacious rooms. It’s clean and the staff is friendly and efficient.

Smelly carpets - Do not believe photos
The photos show rooms renovated with no carpet, but I was put on the 6th floor which is all carpeted and old. First I was put in room 602 that had wallpaper coming off the wall, smelly carpet and two single very uncomfortable beds. I could not sleep the first night. The next morning I asked to change rooms to a room with a double bed and no carpet. I was put in 622 with a much nicer king bed and more comfortable, but still carpeted. The hallway carpet smelled so bad it was hard to breath. I think it is from chemicals they spray on it, although I am not sure.

Great option to star for the night
Great location and service. Ammenities are just standard, but this hotel is an excellent option if you’re looking for a place to sleep and have breakfast.

Quite a businessy hotel but has a good sized room, a good pool and sunbathing area, small gym and sauna. Breakfast was good. Only notes were they only have one bin by the loo for loo paper, but none for normal rubbish/recycling in bedroom. Also no drinking water available at reception which was annoying when wanting to fill my bottle up.

I have stayed here many times. Avoid. Loud expensive rooms not clean, too much noise. Nothing worked. Nickle and dime for everything. I had items stolen every trip.

Very good hotel, with excellent facilities. Across the street from Brasilia Shopping. The hotel restaurant have amazing food. The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable. The staff, from desk to cleaning ladies, are very polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.

I arrived at this hotel after a nearly 40 hour flight + connections, and was ready to crash. The check in service did not disappoint: folks were very knowledgeable and I ended up eating a very good meal. Further, I was able to get a great night of sleep, which is what I needed more than anything else.

Quality and comfort rated as average for a hotel of this category in Brazil. A bit outdated in my opinion Checkin took about 20-25 mins which is longer than normal for any hotel, this is the only negative comment Internet was not very reliable to use the different tools used today by the business traveler, although common in this type of hotel in Brazil Very firm bed and AC was not very strong to manage a hot day in Brasilia. Pleasant staff

I enjoyed my stay here.
Hotel it self was a perfect 10 The room was newly renovated, the staff was courteous and helpful, only minus comes to Brasilia it self, it is not made for people withe out a car. Be prepared to see streets with no side walks. If you have business in Brasilia this is the place to stay.

Solid, comfortable hotel.
Good room, air conditioning was a little noisy/ has a rattle at lower fan speeds, seems OK on max speed. A/c was missing its swing arm and had sticky tape in place of it. Room was quiet and comfortable, no noise from street (was on 5th floor) however some noise from corridor - doors slam quite loudly. The staff spoke English. I also ate at the restaurant which was great, although it's not clear exactly where it is (needs better signage, including a sign for its opening hours). The restaurant has a nice wine cellar although not all of the wines on the menu are available. I ordered a (delicious) white wine which was served room temperature and should have been colder. Couldn't fault staff service, which was outstanding. Be warned though the neighbourhood is FAR from a fresh grocery store and restaurants so it can be a little painful to go out for dinner/ go shopping. There is a shopping mall across the road but this doesn't have a grocery store, only a wal-mart style Lojas Americanas. Taxis wait outside the hotel in the morning though so youc an catch these anywhere you need to go.

Nice hotel, close to shopping centre
Like the rooftop pool and views of the city. All the hotels in Brasilia are in the same location, so the advantages and disadvantages of location. This one is across from a shopping centre with a number of coffee shops and restaurants, which is handy, especially if you're female and on your own.

Clean but noisy. My room faced the soccer stadium where they will now host music concerts. It was very LOUD and the lights and strobes were blinking all night!
