To the left, is our living room, which is undoubtedly our favorite part of the house. Not only do we love the open floor plan, but we love how bright and inviting this space is. Curl up on one of our leather couches or lounge chairs and dive into a good book or stream a movie on our 70-inch Roku TV. We guarantee you'll be spending all your time here! Our kitchen can be found to the right of our living room. It's fully stocked with all the cooking amenities you could ever need, including a drip coffee maker, high-end appliances and plenty of built-in storage. Here, you'll also find our four barstools, which sit between the living room and the kitchen. Through the kitchen, you'll see our 8-top woodgrain dining table. This space is the perfect place to enjoy a meal or play a few board games. At the end of the day, choose from one of our EIGHT luxury beds: (1) Our Master bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, closet, dresser, 43-inch Roku TV and stunning en suite bath. (2) Our first Queen bedroom is complete with a closet, luxury bedding and nearby bath. (3) Our second Queen bedroom has a closet and nearby bath. For the rest of our time spent there, we had to use Space Heaters and they caused the indoor air quality in the house to dry out completely, causing us to have dry eyes and throats, and aggravated our respiratory systems that led two family members, who has asthma, to experience severe asthma symptoms. They suffered so much to where they will have to be seen by their doctors once they return home. My wife got sick.Having the six space heaters required constant attention, especially while we slept, as we encountered (Sleep disturbances). We had to constantly wake up and get out of bed to regulate the low and high setting in each of the four rooms. Please note that the common areas were ice cold as we could not have all of the heaters on at one time.The last three nights for all of us was a complete disaster. We were freezing cold sleeping in sweaters and coats, long socks and scarfs... The space heaters didn't produce enough heat and while we appreciated the help for the situation, it didn't help at all... it's so unfortunate this experience wasn't the best...It was an uncomfortable living situation for 5 days. ##### Emmett N. The price is unbeatable. Four bedrooms and 2 full baths affords everyone a little privacy when it's time to get away. When we first arrived, we were unable to get into the home as the code provided was not working. It really is easiest with this management company to use texting instead of calling. It took over an hour for someone to call us back, but each text was almost immediate. The kitchen had the basics but if you plan on cooking/bring what you need. Walmart is very close and has an easy order ahead/pick up service. The beds are all firm but comfortable. There is no outdoor furniture or chairs so bring those if you want them. For the price this is unbeatable, but it is also basically a larger option then hotel or RV so whatever luxuries you want, you will need to provide. We were very close to UofA as well as the Downtown Historic Area, Mount Sequoia lookout, and all that we were there to experience. The neighborhood was clean, safe, and quiet - something we really appreciated. We had zero complaints and was happy to have found this home. ##### Sherry D. The green space view out the back was very nice. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The neighborhood seemed safe and was quiet. Great communication with VRBO. The house was perfect!! All of us were able to stay comfortably and even have our daughters stay with us. Our only critique is not having any blinds in the 1/2 bath. Otherwise-the place was perfect. We also loved that your prop mgmt co provided shampoo/conditioner and hand soap. Such a nice treat! We will definitely book thru your company again (directly this time, though and not thru VRBO now that we know you exist). And last- the text line you provided was so great.
