The Space: Welcome to the Spacious Murray Retreat, a fully furnished 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home designed for comfort and convenience. LIVING AREA: • Open floor plan with a welcoming foyer and shoe cubby. Note: Please do not wear shoes on carpeted areas. • Airy living room with a vaulted ceiling. • Relax with a 55-inch Smart TV for streaming your favorite services. • A selection of board games is provided for family fun. Getting Around: Personal vehicle is preferred though the availability of Lyft and Uber is always increasing. This home is located in the perfect place making it easy to travel around Fayetteville by car, with easy access onto 295 Hwy, traveling will be a breeze. Fort Bragg is only 15 minutes away! It is only a few minutes from several shops and restaurants on Raeford Road making it easy to stay busy and find things to do during your stay. Other Things to Note: • Security & Protection: We partner with Truvi by SuperHog for independent guest verification. You will be offered the choice to purchase a non-refundable $35 damage waiver covering up to $500 in accidental damage, or to provide a refundable $500 security deposit. • Check-In/Out: Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM. We had plenty of space and everyone enjoyed themselves. I would like to rent this property again but only if both Vrbo and the host eliminate the access verification codes. As an elderly person who is not technology savvy I was unable to access either site because of this issue. With the help of my grandson finally accessed the host’s guest site however, I was not comfortable providing the information requested and didn’t complete it.
