Located only 3.0 miles to the University of Arkansas, Dickson Street, the Walton Arts Center and the Fayetteville square! Very convenient central location to all attractions in Northwest Arkansas including shopping, restaurants, bike trails and local breweries! The house is about a 10-15 min drive to the University. Some parts of the neighborhood are run down but over all it was a cute modest neighborhood and it was very quiet and safe. The house itself was so clean, cute and so comfy and really did had everything we needed and I did fully cook several times during our stay. I also did laundry and had two college freshman girls staying with me off and on to shower and rest - which it was perfect for. The yard could use a some TLC but, it was so nice to have a little yard. Driveway fit 2 cars easily and you can park in the one car garage with ease. Went to one of the restaurants listed in the welcome packet and it was great.
