We are located in a new community on the west side of town. We just added a Brand New Hot Tub and are only 1 mile off of I-49 and 3.5 miles from the University Of Arkansas campus! The community is incredibly bike friendly and we encourage you to bring your bikes with you as you can access the Razorback Greenway and many other trails directly from the home! Come enjoy your time in Fayetteville and discover the many comforts of The Blue Goose! This is a single level 3 bedroom, 2 bath brand new home. The kitchen, dining, and living room are open concept. The large screen 65" smart TV is ready for streaming in the living room. Additional 50" smart TVs are mounted in bedrooms 1 & 2\. The dining area leads out to a covered back patio with adirondacks, outdoor dining area and Weber charcoal grill. Cozy king size beds are in bedrooms 1 & 2\. Bedroom 3 has 2 comfy twin beds. Kid friendly and accommodating with blinds in all bedrooms, pack-n-play and high chair. Two full size bathrooms with plenty of linens. The master en suite bath has a soaking tub as well as walk in tile shower. The master bedroom closet has a tub full of kids toys to keep them occupied and having a good time. Home has easy access to greenways for jogging or biking all over Northwest Arkansas. The garage is setup as a game area with Ping Pong Table & Foosball Table. This will be your favorite home away from home when you visit. You will have access to the entire home and yard! The home sits on a .25 acre lot and has a very flat and fully fenced backyard making it perfect for yard games and tailgating. The house was exactly as described. Very clean, comfortable linens and beds, well stocked kitchen, nicely decorated and close to the U of A, shopping, and dining. Josh was an excellent host! I would definitely stay again but would be better prepared to cooking at the house. There were a few pans and only 2 kitchen hand towels. We were there for Thanksgiving so making the traditional dinner was a challenge. Other than that, which is easily avoided, the house was great! ##### Jennifer W. The master is firmer and the 2nd bedroom is softer so let's you chose your preference. The hottub is REALLY nice end of the day. On our visit in Aug the weather dropped to 64 so felt like we're in Colorado. Saw shooting stars and the settings let you go from a deep simmer to a raging waterfall. Loved our stay and our host was super communicative and made the whole trip perfect. Close to campus and also easy drive to highway. Only note don't follow Google they keep sending you to gooseberry but you have to take woodlark off mt comfort. Do yourself a favor and stay here if you can. ##### David C. It’s in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and stores, had plenty of room for our family, and we enjoyed using the hot tub after some long days of walking around.
