Our home can sleep up to 6 guests in three private and ornate bedrooms. This property sits at the base of Mt Sequoyah and is 2.5 miles from The University Of Arkansas. You are a short drive away from Dickson Street, local restaurants, craft brew pubs, shopping, live music, acclaimed trails, and all that Downtown Fayetteville has to offer! The Space: Parking is available directly behind the home under a two space carport. After walking down the driveway and through the red front door, you will enter a small hallway that leads to the open concept living room, kitchen, and dining room. Behind the dining table you will find the entry to a small fenced backyard and patio seating for three people. Full floor plan including bedroom and bathroom layout is provided at the end of our listing photos. The open concept living room was thoughtfully designed with comfortable seating, a streaming ready smart TV, and gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances and guest amenities giving you the opportunity to cook meals during your stay or host a small gathering with family and friends. Each bedroom is equipped with a 55-inch smart TV, ceiling fan, sound machine, and elegant bed linens. Our pristine bathrooms are replenished with ultra plush towels and bath essentials. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.
