Little Red is just a 0.3 mile walk to the entrance of campus and a 0.8 mile walk to Razorback Football Stadium. With everything within walking distance, you will feel like a college kid again! Adventure out a little further and you will be in the center of Downtown Fayetteville to enjoy our entertainment district, historic square, and many shops and eateries. The Space: Highlights: ★ 0.3 mile to The University of Arkansas campus! ★ 0.8 mile to Donald Williams Football Stadium! ★ 1.5 mile to Dickson Street- the entertainment district. ★ 2 miles to the Fayetteville Historic Square- enjoy shops, restaurants, and the farmer's market. ★ 0.5 mile to Razorback Greenway trailhead. ★ Patio with hammocks, seating, and string lights. ★ Main house has 3 private bedrooms & amenities for 6 guests. ★ Guest house has another studio bedroom for 2 guests, a bathroom, and a kitchenette! ★ Large living space with plush seating, smart TV, and dinning space. ★ Washer and dryer for guest use. ★ Pet-friendly with a small fee. When you walk in our home you will find our open concept living room, kitchen, and dining space that creates the perfect space for memorable gatherings. Whether you're preparing delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoying a board game at the dining table, the seamless flow of this space ensures everyone can be part of the fun. The back patio features a grill, seating, string lights, hammocks, and the perfect photo opportunity by the custom-made Arkansas sign. When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our four private bedrooms: 1) Primary bedroom - King size bed, 50-inch Smart TV, and an attached bathroom. 2) Second bedroom - Queen size bed, 33-inch Smart TV, and a nearby bathroom 3) Third bedroom - Queen size bed, 33-inch Smart TV, and a nearby bathroom. 4) The guest house has another Queen size bed, 33-inch Smart TV, kitchenette, and bathroom. Guest Access: Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Our son loved having the tiny house all to himself. We only had two complaints. One was that the “queen” size beds weren’t actually queen but closer to a double which my husband and I aren’t l able to share and get any sleep. The other frustrating aspect was attempting to ask about how to go about the official check out process because the late fees are high and we definitely wanted to avoid them and no matter how/where I asked (text or email) I kept getting the same canned response that didn’t answer my question at all. Eventually we just locked the door and left and hoped they had some way of knowing that we left on time. This was my first time using Vrbo so maybe that is a common way of checking out and I just didn’t know. We did have a great time and slept really well for our entire stay. My daughter attends UArk and we have been able to visit her during this time. This year, our stay was awesome. Little Red is super comfortable with many different configurations. We were two grandmothers, an aunt and a mom, and we all had our own rooms. There were three bathrooms between 4 people, so we were able to shower and get ready easily. The bathrooms were great-great showers and even self de-fogging mirrors (so cool!). The beds were super comfortable and our stay was very quiet. There was a small amount of road noise from Garland, but only at the loudest of passing vehicles. We brought a casserole and spaghetti and meatballs (so we actually used the kitchen) We were able to host my daughter and two friends with no problems. We had most of the things we needed to cook pasta and such. So many things are so close! Harps for groceries, a coffee place, pizza, restaurants, a liquor store (wink!) UArk and so much more. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Property management was very responsive, checking in on us throughout. Also, did I mention loads of parking? All in all, just a great stay. ##### Rachel L. Stayed for our son's graduation, and it was convenient for everything. Great for couples traveling together or families.
