The room was ok they that small towles, cleaning crew was very rude,alot of homeless by the hotel

The property need new management. My room was never cleaned. The toilet didn’t flush properly and the mattress was bug infested. It was the worst stay I have ever had. The very worse experience. And, there were no refunds so I didn’t have a choice but to stay. They really should be ashamed of themselves.
