Located in a bustling, up-and-coming neighborhood in South Fayetteville, our home is within TWO miles of EVERYTHING our city has to offer. The Fayetteville Square, Dickson Street, the Entertainment District and restaurants like Arsaga's at the Mill and Feed & Folly are just 0.5 miles from the house - you can easily walk there in minutes. And if you're looking to catch a game at the Razorback Stadium, you can travel just two miles up the road! Upon entering our home, you'll immediately see the stairs leading up to our second floor. If you turn to the left, you'll enter into our open concept living, dining and kitchen area! Immediately to the right, you'll see our main lounge area. This space is complete with a huge sectional, two plush leather lounge chairs, a desk area, a two-top table with barstools and a 70-inch Vizio Smart TV. Take a look in the entertainment center and you'll find board and card games. Directly behind the living room, you'll see our 6-top dining table. This cozy space is perfect for communal dining, great conversation and board games with your crew. Behind that, you'll see our fully stocked kitchen! In the center of this space, you'll see our butcher block island with two barstools. In the kitchen, you'll have access to amenities such as a Keurig, high-end appliances and plenty of built-in storage. You'll also have access to a large glass door leading out to the side of the house. If you head upstairs, you'll enter into our secondary living area, which is complete with a leather couch, our Mr. Pac Man 2 player machine and a 50-inch Hisense Roku TV. When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three private rooms: (1) Our primary bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, closet, 55-inch TCL Roku TV and stunning en suite bath. (2) Our second bedroom has a Queen size bunk bed that sleeps 4 people with a closet, 50-inch Hisense Roku TV and shared bath. (3) Our third bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet and shared bath. A Queen size air mattress can be found in the upstairs bedroom closet. In our 1-car garage, you'll find bike racks, a workstation, and a wash station - the perfect setup to keep your bike in top shape before hitting the trails! We stayed here over a long weekend in the spring. It was during UofA's spring break, so Fayetteville was relatively quite. The host was exceptionally prompt in communications, and checked in with us often to make sure everything was going well. The house itself was well furnished and appointed, and we were all very comfortable. My only message to would-be travelers is that although the property has a garage, unless you're driving a compact car, don't expect to be able to use it. We gave up trying to Austin Powers our midsized SUV in there, and instead opted for parking on the street. There was ample street parking, but I'm not sure if this would be any different when school is in session. Other than that minor inconvenience (which did not really detract from our experience), this property exceeded all our expectations. ##### Patrick U. We had an issue with heat (no heat for 2 days) but the management comapny was very responsive in solving the problem and stayed in constant contact with us. It was super easy to get to the university and all downtown had to offer. The space was welcoming and large enough for three teenagers and two parents. The beds were comfy and the Pac-Man game kept the teenagers and parents busy. ##### Hillary B. The house was a perfect location for our mom's weekend with Pi Phi. Easy drive to campus and Dickson. Exactly as described. Very clean!!! Lots of towels and amenities provided. Quiet. Beds very very comfortable, and the black out curtains are amazing. All bedrooms are upstairs, so everyone in your group needs to be able to do stairs. We had two vehicles and parking on the street was not a problem at all. Communication with property manager was over the top incredible. She wants to make sure everything is perfect while you are there. We will definitely be back ##### Sarah S. We stayed here to move our daughter in at UofA. It was very nice and super clean. As noted by others if you have a large suv it will not fit in the garage although parking right outside front door was perfect. We also walked to a great place to eat just a few minutes away. The only thing we were not expecting was the tight parking in the garage. We have a Highlander & it was tricky getting in the garage. If you have a suburban, probably impossible. There is one spot to park in the street but we needed that for another car. But if this is not an issue for you, wonderful place to stay! ##### Stephanie F. The home feels new, is wonderfully furnished, roomy, clean and comfortable. We have stayed in dozens of short-term rental properties and it’s at the top of our list. We’d definitely stay there again. Two things to consider are that all the bedrooms are upstairs which wasn’t an issue for us but could be for others and to park in the garage parking you better have a smaller vehicle. It’s a narrow driveway and it’s a very sharp turn to enter the garage. We couldn’t make it work in our mid-size SUV. Ultimately, we still loved the property and would definitely recommend. ##### Steven H.
