With quick highway access, Downtown Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas is just a 10-minute drive. When you're not enjoying Fayetteville's local food scene, our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create your favorite homemade meals or baked goods. At the end of the day, settle into one of our three bedrooms: (1) Our Primary bedroom is complete with a Queen-size bed, closet, Smart TV and en suite bath. (2) Our second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, dresser and nearby bath. (3) Our third bedroom has a Twin bed with a Twin trundle, closet and nearby bath. Out back, the yard is fully fenced and features a fire pit and chairs - the perfect way to end the night! Guest Access: Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. It took until the next morning before I could turn it on. Thankfully the weather was not extremely hot. The trash receptacle outside on the driveway was over flowing with items laying in the ground around it. Fortunately, that was picked up the next day. Just not a very attractive sight upon arrival. We supplied our own wood to have an outdoor fire and everything else was fine.
