Walking distance to downtown and close proximity to NRG National Park. Only hiccup was that we had plans to check in at 3pm as on the listing and all communications prior to check in day, but when we contacted the property manager for check in instructions, he told us the check in time was actually 4pm. I had never been to the area before and I was so impressed by its beauty! The house itself was perfect. It’s within easy walking distance of downtown Fayetteville, nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfy, the house was incredibly clean, and the cabinets were stocked with games, puzzles, and advice on things to do around the area. We only stayed for an overnight but I would definitely come back and stay here again to explore the area a little more. The host, Nick, was so gracious and accommodating. The place was very clean and in a perfect location—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and all the charm of town. The town itself has such a fun, outdoorsy vibe, and this rental was the perfect home base to enjoy it. The owner really thought of the little things, like a fresh kitchen sponge, paper towels, plenty of toilet paper, and a well-stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and coffee mugs. The front porch was our favorite spot—perfect for sipping morning coffee or relaxing and chatting in the evening. We would definitely stay here again! ##### V A.
