Clean, all one level for my elderly mom, and two bathrooms for us to all get ready for the wedding. Great location and quiet neighborhood. Nothing luxury or fancy, but the property felt clean, comfortable, and safe and was well stocked. We also really appreciated how easy the checkin and check out was. The place was very clean and in a perfect location—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and all the charm of town. The town itself has such a fun, outdoorsy vibe, and this rental was the perfect home base to enjoy it. The owner really thought of the little things, like a fresh kitchen sponge, paper towels, plenty of toilet paper, and a well-stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and coffee mugs. I had never been to the area before and I was so impressed by its beauty! The house itself was perfect. It’s within easy walking distance of downtown Fayetteville, nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfy, the house was incredibly clean, and the cabinets were stocked with games, puzzles, and advice on things to do around the area. We only stayed for an overnight but I would definitely come back and stay here again to explore the area a little more. The host, Nick, was so gracious and accommodating. This was one of my best experiences on VRBO. Highly recommended! ##### Anne S.
