Nestled in East Fayetteville, this delightful building offers a soothing atmosphere for guests. With 2 queen beds in the cozy bedrooms and a living room with an additional twin bed and sofa bed, this property is perfect for a small group looking for a fabulous stay. Enjoy the convenience of heating, AC, and WiFi during your visit. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. Convenient to Fayetteville or Elkins located east of Baldwin on the middle fork of the White River. Country feels w town amenities. This was an original Fay Jones house that burned down years ago and we did not want anything permanent on the site. Hi. I’d rather not leave a bad review but I’m having a difficult time getting the host’s attention. Maybe this will help. We arrived late (10pm) to settle into the tiny home only to realize there was a lock and chain around the access gate. We were given a “gate code,” but after 30 minutes of attempting to open the lock, calling (only to be sent to a full voicemail box), and texting the host, we gave up. Given that it was graduation weekend at the University of Arkansas, rooms were difficult to come by at such a late date/time. We wound up booking two rooms at the local Super8 and paying a premium for it. I absolutely cannot recommend this property, or any other that this host may have listed.
