This Condo is on the 6th floor of The Dickson building, so you have found the perfect place to stay for University of Arkansas sporting events, visiting campus, Dickson Street festivals or just enjoying walking to everything on Dickson Street. The interior of this condo has new contemporary finishes like granite and stainless. This has been the model unit for The Dickson until we purchased it. The living room is spacious with two sets of large double glass doors leading out to 200 square feet of 6th floor patio space. You will want to spend most of your time on the patio taking in the picturesque view of Old Main!!! Back inside, there is a fully stocked kitchen with center island complete with two stools. The bedroom has a King Tempur-Pedic bed and adjoining bathroom with large soaking tub/shower unit. The bathroom is also accessible from the living room. There is a stackable washer/dryer in the unit for laundry. There is a fold-down Murphy Bed with regular queen mattress (not a flimsy fold out couch mattress) in the living room giving you plenty of room to sleep up to 4 adults total in this condo. Enough about the condo! It is great, but you came to Fayetteville to be on Dickson Street. Just take the elevator down to the main floor and walk right out onto Dickson. The rental does come with a reserved covered parking spot in the attached garage, but you are going to leave your car there and walk to anything you need. You are steps away from many restaurants and bars, walton art center, UofA campus and all that Dickson Street has to offer. But, definitely a no frills rental in a great location. Just a glimpse of Dickson St. without the noise. It would have been nice to have a morning’s worth of coffee pods, for example. Great, walking distance to everything! Pro tip: When you arrive, DON'T ENTER the building ON THE 3rd FLOOR! That's a news station. If you enter on the 4TH floor, there is a luggage cart there and you can unload without annoying all the sweet, snazzily dressed newscasters as you struggle through the door, sweaty and disheveled dragging your luggage and Yeti cooler. A perfect view of the University of Arkansas Old Main. The condo was nicely decorated and furnished; perfect for a couple. We were able to walk to the downtown square and all of the restaurants on Dickson. Enjoyed several shows at the Walton Art Center. Very nice unit with easy (covered) parking. Very secure. Can be difficult if you have multiple persons going in and out so keep that in mind. The condo was beautiful and spacious. The owner was very easy to deal with and communicated well. He was wonderful. Parking for one car is free but the others have to pay however there is plenty of parking spaces to pay for and only $10.00 per day. You can park your car and walk everywhere. Not only is this condo well insulated from outside noise, i couldn't even hear the other condo doors closing in the hallway. The condo was nicer than the photos. i was overwhelmed. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept on. So much so that I'm buying one like it this week.
