Located right across the gates to Ole Main, just behind the Tri-Delt and Zeta houses, you really can't get much closer. It's just been re-modeled, and it's perfect for games, parents weekends, bikes blues, graduation, or just about anything that would bring you to Fayetteville. It has dual zone heat & air, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, a bbq grill, and loads of room to stretch out. You can relax on the big front porch, or on one of the 2 smaller decks on back, while listening to Ole Main's bells. It was great having two king bedrooms and 2 queen bedrooms. Having three bathrooms helped us all get ready easily each morning. The location so close to campus couldn't be beat! Adults and kids both really liked the house. The owners were very accommodating. We visited in-between semesters, but the area was very quiet at night for us. As another reviewer mentioned, there are only four spaces at the dining table, but our large family all managed fine with the large living room right there, too.
