Complementary breakfast was basically a pre packaged muffin and a pouch of instant oatmeal. No milk, brown sugar, anything to dress it up. Concentrate creamer for the coffee and instant coffee pouches. Carpet had a hole in it from a previous pet and was really dirty, as I could see from my white socks. Otherwise, the staff was wonderful and the hotel is nice. Grounds and landscaping is really pretty.

Very clean and excellent service from the staff. My only critique is the bathroom sink has no counter space for your toiletries. Perhaps a shelf could be added somewhere.

angela, the service desk employee was fantastic & empathetic. she handled everything with care, compassion & comprehension not to mention she was sweet, intelligent & empathetic. our room had dirty towels but the housekeeper gave us fresh towels with extra.

The elevator stayed broken. The hotel is dated and grungy. My room had body fluid stains on the bathroom wall. The couch arm was ripped. The room smelled bad. There was a large black spot on my sheets that I didn’t notice till I woke up. I left early. I will never stay here again

Location, location, location
I love staying close to the Mash House as it’s my favorite restaurant in Fayetteville. Being close enough to walk is particularly convenient. This time I chose the hotel because they allow dogs and we were traveling with our dog for the first time. He was made very welcome and having a suite gave us plenty of room.

First the elevator was closed and had to climb 3 floors of stairs and I have breathing issues, second The air conditioner didn’t work in the bedroom of the room . So we reported it to the front desk, but it was the next day that they changed our room which we were rushed to do which interrupted our plans

No maintained or Cleaned
the elevator was out of order in the three days I was there never saw it being worked on. The trash under the kitchen sink was never collected prior to my stay. In my parents room the smoke detectors were hanging from the ceilings. and my last morning I saw a cockroach walk across my room. I find it hard to believe that the 10 point check was done.

We were on the 3rd floor, elevator was broke, had to carry our luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. The room was musky and smelled awful of mildew. They had the windows open when we arrived trying to air it out. The shower did not drain, ended up giving my self and daughter a sponge bath because the tub was disgusting. Would not recommend this hotel.

Location was great. Bruce at the front desk was marvelous. Property was worn out. Couch was stained. Tub didn’t drain. No ice machine, so I had to ask for ice trays and a cup for the bathroom (to rinse my mouth after brushing). I wouldn’t pick this place again.

Front desk was amazing. Sleeping was very hard due to us being close to the office and people talking all nighr and going in and out of office door. We were in room 117 right across from office and also the fire alarm kept churping in someones room we coule hear it so not a good nights sleep at all. Shower had a crack in the bottom of the shower i was afraid my foot would fall through it and also the hair dryer was broken.

The building is fine, the grounds are nice and pleasing. The room has repairs needed. The fridge door faces the wrong way; the cabinets need repair. Otherwise, it was fine. The bed was clean and comfortable. With a little work, it could be just fine. Would be nice if we had in-room coffee also. The breakfast is grab-and-go style. No hot items.

This place suited our needs for the evening. It had the frig/frz for our cooler items. Plenty of room (we were assigned a handicap accessible room) to set up our dog's create. I should have asked for another pillow but our rest was ok. Simple AM breakfast to go options. Value priced with pet.
