"The breakfast was really good. The room and breakfast area and lobby were clean, the air conditioning worked, the bed was comfortable, the shower and bathroom was clean and worked well. The staff was friendly and prompt to help us. Thanks so much! We will put this one on the list to stay at again on our cross country trips!"

"There was an a/c issue in the room on a very hot day. I reported it and asked if I could move rooms. Unfortunately, the property was fully booked. However, a couple of hours later, the gentleman from the front desk knocked on my door while on the phone with his GM. The GM was able to walk him through how to properly reset the a/c unit and get it fully functional. The stay got off to a very rough start, but all was corrected and made right. Very appreciative."

"Rooms were clean, staff was very helpful. There was one mix up with my extension when I booked it mid stay. It was not caught until the day I was originally suppose to check out. The manager reached out to me, I informered her of what had occurred and she immediately fixed the issue. I did not even realize until 2 days later that she completely comped my extra night. I could not have asked for a better stay."

"The staff was incredibly helpful in meeting our specific room needs. The hotel is dated but we found no maintenance issues. We just needed a room for one night and the price was very good. The breakfast is a described as continental so the only hot item is freshly made waffles. There was also toast and bagels plus cereals, pastries, and juice. Coffee and water is available all the time. The room was clean and stocked. There are blackout curtains. Water pressure was good and water hot. I would stay here again if ever in town for the night."

"The room was well cared for and clean. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. The casino had a good vibe and was clean. Restaurants were clean and had excellent food. Parking for the hotel was plentiful and close."
