Unwind at the spacious kitchen terrace with seating for 10 or relax by the pool surrounded by sun-kissed terraces. ### Prachtige villa met privézwembad

De villa is gelegen in de Var, ongeveer 30km ten noordwesten van Cannes. Het huis bevindt zich langs een zijstraatje van de D19 tussen de idyllische dorpjes Seillans en Fayence. Het terrein is hooggelegen, omringd door bossen om helemaal tot rust te kunnen komen.  
  
Het huis beschikt over 5 slaapkamers: 2 dubbele bedden, 2 stapelbedden en 1 single bed met ruimte voor een kinderbedje op de kamer. Verder zijn er 2 badkamers en een volledig uitgeruste keuken met 2 koelkasten/vriezers, een oven en een inductie kookplaat.  
  
In de garage staan twee wasmachines en droogkast voor de grote en kleine wasjes. En er blijft voldoende ruimte voor de auto. Buiten kunnen ook nog makkelijk 3 auto's worden geparkeerd.  
  
Het terras aan de keuken leent zich uitstekend voor het ontbijt. Er staat een grote tafel voor 10 personen. Als het ontbijt wat uitloopt, zorgt de grote parasol voor voldoende schaduw. Aan de andere kant hebben we vanop het avondterras zicht op Seillans en de omringende bergen: de ideale setting voor een aperitief bij zonsondergang. En uiteraard ligt het zwembad en omringend terras heel de dag in de zon. Daardoor haalt het zwembadwater in de zomer makkelijk 29° C.  
  
Buiten de twee dorpjes in de buurt zijn er een hoop bezienswaardigheden op een korte afstand van het huis. Enkele hiervan zijn: Cannes, de Gorges du Verdon, le Lac de Saint-Cassien, en veel meer. Bij boeking voorzien we een uitgebreide lijst van alle bezienswaardigheden in de buurt zodat u alleen maar moet genieten!  
  
Restaurants;  
  
Als je eens geen zin hebt om de barbeque aan te steken kan je uiteraard ook op restaurant. Ondanks dat Fayence en Seillans (beide op 4km van het huis) kleine stadjes/dorpjes zijn, is er redelijk wat keuze. Enkele aanraders (goeie prijs/kwaliteit):  
Auberge Fleurie aan het rond puntje beneden in Fayence.  
La Gloire de mon Père op een pleintje onder de platanen in Seillans.  
Wel even reserveren want in de zomerperiode is de kans reëel dat er anders geen plaats meer is.  
  
Praktisch;  
  
Er zijn 3 grote supermarkten in de buurt. Het dichtsbij eentje op 4 km van het huis, aan het ronde puntje in Fayence ga je rechts (als je van het huis komt). 50m verder aan de rechterkant. Je kan hier werkelijk alles vinden.  
Heb je graag croissants van de warme bakker: aan het ronde puntje rechtdoor, 50m verder aan de linkerkant.  
  
Deze accommodatie wordt alleen verhuurd voor recreatieve doeleinden. Het organiseren van studentenfeesten, vrijgezellenfeesten en drinkpartijen is in dit huis is strikt verboden. Er is een waarborg van 500 EUR die voor aankomst per overschrijving dient betaald te worden. Deze waarborg wordt terugbetaald binnen de 7 werkdagen na vertrek mits geen schade.  
  
75 kWh elektriciteit en 10 m³ water zijn inbegrepen in de huurprijs. Dit is ruim boven het gemiddelde weekverbruik dat het afgelopen seizoen is opgetekend.  
  
Poetsen na het verblijf wordt verplicht door onze conciërge uitgevoerd tegen een vergoeding van 180€. Bad- en bedlinnen kunnen ook optioneel bij haar gehuurd worden aan 26 EUR PP.
