This area is so beautiful, and this home was a perfect place for me. The whole place felt so warm and inviting, from the green velvety coaches to the cozy yet chic master bedroom. There was a fabulous swing in the screened porch and seating in the backyard to soak in the stars. If you prefer to sleep under the stars, you can, in the screened bed/tent outside. It really had it all for a mountain vacation. It was a minute walk from the village store (which was great as I needed brake fluid!), and close to the lake front (near bald eagles, coyotes, heron, egrets)! Pine trees galore and all the sounds of nature. I wished I had booked 2 nights. Next time! Owner was super responsive and had such nice touches to the home.
