"I started a work trip here for 2 nights & I chose it for proximity to Union. Check in was fine - I arrived at 2am but called ahead so they would know. Didn’t have time to thoroughly check my room over after such a long journey. But I assumed it was the Fairmont so why would there be issues. The morning shower I was greeted with a bathtub and enough black man hairs to make me unhappy. I snapped some photos and did my best to clean the tub with shower gel. "I stayed here at the start and end of my work trip. This night was much better than the first. At check in the computer system was down so I was upgraded for the inconvenience. Scored a luxury king with an excellent view. Staff was amazing and this luxury room was updated - a world of difference from the room I had for 3x the cost when I started my trip. "
