    House on the ground floor located in the historic seafaring town of Savelletri, corner, independent, completely renovated, equipped with mixed heating system (fan coils and radiators) powered by condensing boiler, air conditioning (splitter), equipped kitchen with floor cooking, electric oven, fridge and dishwasher, bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and desk, bathroom with corner shower; the loft with a striking star-shaped vault has two single beds and a wardrobe. All rooms have external windows. NO WI-FI
