Visit High Bridge Lodge and Cabins located in Farmville, VA. Our cabins are nestled away in a beautiful, private wooded area, and offer easy access to the High Bridge Trail State Park. Visit Downtown Farmville for a variety of shops and restaurants that are only a short distance from the cabins. The space The Cedar Ridge Lodge features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Couch & Full air mattress available. Central heating and cooling. Fully equipped kitchen. Great Room with wood burning fireplace, wifi,flat screen TV and DVD player. Game table and sitting area in the upstairs loft. Outdoor fire ring with plenty of seating. Gather on the spacious and beautiful wrap around porch, with hot tub , outdoor seating and charcoal grill (guests will need to bring charcoal, lighter fluid, etc). Linens and towels are provided. Bring your own personal items (shampoo, toothpaste etc...) We supply a reasonable amount of trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue, dish and hand soap. Well appointed kitchen with plenty of supplies for us to cook some meals together. Our girls loved the loft with game table and spending some time in hot tub which was clean and perfect temp even for them. The decor of cabin is cute and welcoming. The fire pit was also a huge hit for roasting marshmallows and making s’mores. The property was quiet even with the neighboring cabin occupied. We still felt alone and peaceful in the woods. The lodge was very clean, the furniture and beds were comfy, and the shower water pressure was great! We used the hot tub the second night (it was still coming up to temperature when we checked on it the first day) and the kids loved that amenity. The only (very minor) negative I could find is that if you’re picky about bed pillows, most of them in the house were pretty flat.
