The apartment is located on the seventh floor of a building with an elevator, on Elbasanit Street, adjacent to the National Park of Tirana. This highly sought-after location is due to its proximity to the Air Albania Stadium and the quality of the neighborhood. The Mother Teresa Square can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot, while the main square, Skanderbeg Square, is approximately a 15-20 minute walk, allowing for a pleasant stroll through the city.  
  
Description of the Rooms

 The main bedroom is spacious and features a double bed, TV, and access to Netflix. It is enhanced by a cozy area ideal for reading or enjoying a coffee in tranquility.   
 The second bedroom has a smaller double bed (140 cm wide) and a single sofa bed, providing flexibility for guests or family.  
  
Bathrooms   
The apartment has two full bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy.  
  
Living Area and Kitchen   
 The kitchen is open space, fully equipped with everything needed for cooking.
