The service we received here was probably the worst we’ve ever had. We checked in and the man what was there wasn’t very polite and had absolutely no manners at all. We got to our room and realized it wasn’t what we expected. I resvered a double room, double bed. from my understanding that would mean a double as in 2 beds n they would be double beds. The floors were gross i wouldn’t walk on them even with my shoes on. The bed had stains on the outside of the blankets. We didn’t even stay we looked at the nasty state of the room and reviewed how we were treated and though for my family’s safety we would be best staying else where. Also we booked this hotel as we saw it had a pool and hot tub and both were closed. For the money we paid and after a long day all we wanted was a clean place to stay and rest. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy.

Great place to stay when your wife throws you out and your looking for a cheap place. Tons of rooms but hard to get bookings but there's no cars in the lot. Possible ghost hotel?

found a loaded drug needle in the parking lot. bed was very grossly stained under covers. very thin bed blankets. very lacking in cosmetic upkeep (mirrors hung shoddily and tons of things that need a coat of paint). fabric was torn and hanging off on underside of bed. breakfast runs out quickly (fast enough they have a sign up asking people to be courteous and remember there are others), and almost no food section (not even cereal and milk). pool and hot tub were closed down for maintenance. there was a tied up small bag of garbage outside one of our neighboring rooms for a minimum of a day and a half. very sketch looking guests in general. price was affordable at least and front desk staff friendly.

SMELL! the whole place reeked of commercial cleaner, in the room, hallways and common areas. There was so much, you could taste it. - Pretty much everything was worn, carpets, linens, paint. - No phone or clock in the room. - Very limited plug ins and no charging stations. - Limited towels in the room. - Heater unit was very noisy, woke me up at night when it would start buzzing. - TV remote was missing from room, maintenance replaced it promptly. The 6 to 9 am free Continental breakfast was nearly gone when I got there at 8am. Basically nothing left.

The first room we were assigned had not yet been cleaned. Our new room had hair in the shower and a used condom behind the bathroom door. Floor was dirty. Several people are having a loud conversation, laughing, screaming, and swearing in the hallway outside of our room in the middle of the night. Finally the woman next to us opened her door and told them to get out. The only breakfast items available were toast, coffee, and juice. However, the front desk lady was very nice and helpful. And the beds were super comfortable.

Very simple. No chairs or desk/table in the room. Good internet. Coffee maker and soap/shampoo were the ONLY amenities, but the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was ample, but not extravagent, limited to bagels & breads, yogurt, coffee and juice. About what you'd expect for the low price.

Not very clean room. Sort of run down. Lamp bulb kept on cutting out. Pool not open even though I called a couple of days ahead to ask and was told "yes".

It was a double bed unit and one bed the mattress was upside down and springs only had the sheet covering it. The other bed the mattress sagged and the springs snapped like they were broken.

The room smelled of old smoking. The bed was not a Queen (which i had booked) but a Double size. There was no duvet or blanket, only three sheets. The room and bathroom were scuffed up but clean.

This place is nothing like the photos. First there was no microwave. Read the fine print and saw it says, "on request." Okay. I decided I can use the one in the lobby. There is no chair in the room, just a bed. The bed is extremely squishy, like you sit on it and it folds in half squishy. There were some unsavory characters wandering the halls who didn't seem to be totally lucid. There was also a person speaking loudly on his cell phone in the hallway outside my room for a prolonged time period. But okay. The real kicker was this. We were having some dinner in the room. My daughter is five and wanted to eat some soup. There's nothing for her to sit on except the bed and I was worried she'd spill the soup on the bed. So I go to front desk. "Very sorry to bother you but is there anyway we could get any kind of chair in the room, even a folding chair." Front desk guy gives me a dirty look. "No. There isn't." I explained the reasoning, that I don't want my 5 y.o. to eat her soup on the bed. Guy says, "Maybe you can pretend you're having a picnic and sit on the floor." Really? Never mind that the carpet is so nasty with ground-in dirt and stains that I don't even want to walk on it with my shoes off, let alone sit on it, it's extremely disrespectful to tell someone to eat on the floor with their 5 year old when they're paying a decent amount of money to stay at a motel. Even a budget motel should be able to accommodate this request. Won't stay here again.

You get what you pay for
Staff was polite and responsive. The bathroom shower was moldy. There was an odor in the room, but the bed appeared clean and was comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a large group of people drinking and playing loud music in the hallway outside my room. When I went down to the desk, staff said they had already spoken to the group and would do so again. This was at 11:30pm. The group did quiet down shortly after that, but started up again 10 minutes later. It was well after midnight before it was quiet enough to sleep.

Reminds me of hotels on cops.
The carpets in the rooms and hallway had not been vacumed. There were people in the parking lot, yelling then came in to the hotel and yelling and arguing. People sitting in the parking lot. Cops driving around. the smell of pot in the hallways.The pictures on line do not look like the hotel at all.
