We had a fantastic one night stay. Room was perfect and clean. Loved the comfy easy chair. Breakfast was good. Had a bit of an issue with TV but front desk lady responded swiftly and also offered further assistance if needed. Very friendly.

Staff was friendly. I was charged a $40 pet fee for 2 dogs which I was not aware I was going to be charged. It was not listed anywhere other than only said pet friendly. So when I came in with the dogs, I was also told they don't allow dogs in suites, which is what I had reserved, but was told since I did not know it would be fine. Maybe better clarification on that.

The place was a little older and a bit tired but was adequate and served its purpose. Our room never got cleaned and when I enquired it, apparently they don’t do that due to Covid but they will if you ask for it to be cleaned

There was no heat in room. The heaters were not working.. so we woke to snow outside & was grateful to have brought a fleece blanket to room as there were no extra in room. Otherwise room was clean & no other issues

Clean, Quiet, great location for our intended activities, close to shopping and interstate, easy to get to. Check in was a little challenging, especially since I reserved and paid online in advance, but otherwise staff friendly and attentive. The Box (Bar) attached to the hotel was a nice addition.

Basic but clean and comfortable. Had everything one would need (minus the shampoo and conditioner being empty) but it sounds like the cleaners normally check those so it was probably a fluke. Room had a faint funky smell, but overall it was good value for the cost.

The hotel is a bit older, was going thru a remodel and was clean and the help was friendly. Hotel is located close to the mall and eateries.

The room smelled like what some people do after smoking when the spray Febreeze all over the place. I couldn't be in the room. The bathroom was dirty too. I couldn't even stay in the room more than 15 minutes due to the odors. When I complained, staff was friendly, but helpless. I ended up not staying. I just drove through the night back to my home.

Bed linen was flirty & staff brought new linen but left it to us to make the beds. No apology or bother to look. Loud & day workers made it unsafe. Dirty all the way around. Horrible experience

The room was very nice, spacious & clean. Having The Box on the property was nice since it was a -40 wind chill outside. Didn't want to travel around. Staff was super nice helping me get equipment back to my Uber after helping me jump my car. This place was excellent & I know I'll stay there again!
