I arrived at around 7pm and put the code into the door lock and turned the handle only to find that the door was also locked with another lock I phoned the contact number on the booking confirmation only to find it was an office and nobody was there, so I left a message, I never had a reply. We saw a manager personally greet two staff laying tables, who must have been new, they seemed a bit overawed after he went out of his way to stop and chat to them and shake their hands.
