"This is the perfect spot if you are planning to spend a night out on the town with your significant other, if you’re packing the whole family it is pretty loud after bedtime with the kids, the hosts did provide items to control the noise, but the bands at the bars and the motorcycles in town definitely roll into the night. Like I said, it’s a perfect spot for two but a tough one for the family with kids. Great hots and great location to downtown life."

"Definitely enjoyed the stay, but online details were not very clear (I may have overlooked) as I was NOT aware the property was a back house with no full kitchen as i had plans to Cook for my daughter and her friends for their Prom. Other than that everything was great!"

"Had a great time here. Spent week of Christmas here. House was perfect for our family. Plenty of space and amenities. Hosts provide plenty of games and such for keeping you entertained inside and outside. Large outdoor space perfect for spending time outside with plenty of seating, games, and a fire pit. Pool area very nice. Didn't swim in pool (too cold), but enjoyed the hot tub. Lake water level still very low, but hosts are very honest and upfront about that, so we were expecting it. House...

Two neighbors took time to introduce themselves and it felt like a community watching out for the home and us. Thank you for hosting us. I would book again."

"This little house was perfect for my daughter and two of her friends to visit my son Air Force BMT graduation. It was close to pretty much everything you would like to do around San Antonio. We walked to the river walk it was about 2 miles, visit the Alamo. Uber was only $5 if you prefer to do that. House was super clean, has washer and dryer so before we left we were able to wash our clothes. She has everything needed to do so. We didn't cook but she has a full kitchen. Communication was great....

"We were looking for a quiet, clean, and centralized location for our weeekend in SA. We found a diamond in the rough! The neighborhood was beautiful, the main house was spectacular from the outside, and the guest house was just what we were looking for. Had everything we needed and them some! Hope to visit it again soon!"

"Beautiful cabin and peaceful environment. My husband and I have stayed at many VRBOs and this was the best experience we have had. It would have been the perfect place to see the total solar eclipse if the clouds hadn't rolled in. Still worth it. We enjoyed the sky, trees, birds, butterflies and deer from our secure and serene location. We felt very much at home. The cabin was immaculate."
