Amazing property near Alishan NP. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are great and so is the breakfast. Would recommend staying here. All staff speaks English which isn't common in this area.

This hotel is very clean and it has the best viewing deck for the famous Alishan sunrise. The food is good and the staffs are great. Don’t miss the heated pool up on the roof, the view is breathtaking.

The service and view was very amazing. These are the most enjoyable things for us. Even though the way to get there is not really convenient from the airport, after my girlfriend and I experienced staying in the hotel, we will still consider the hotel which is still our first choice to stay. Since we did not go to Alishan national forest this time, we are deciding to go back with the same staying place. Everything is prefect to us. We hope they can keep it like that since we want to enjoy

One of the most comfortable hotel we stay. Very clean, spacious and unique design. Bed is on the firmer side, water pressure is good for both rain and hand held styl shower. It’s got Nesspreso coffee machine, oolong tea, soft drink and beer no extra charge. Staff Autumn is very friendly and help us with luggages and show us around like a family. Breakfast buffet and diner main course meal with buffet are phenomenal. Love the infinite pool on the roof top where we watch stars and sun rise. We took bus from Chiayi train station and bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Definitely will come back again when we visit Alishan.

The roof top service for viewing the sun up was the best if you are lucky the sky is clear. The room is very nice and new but space usage is not smart. The bath room is huge but no tub. And the bath room barrier with living space is see through so not so much privacy.

The service was over the top amazing! The hotel is beautiful and has everything you need. My only suggestion to the hotel is to please offer more choices for food. You have to spend almost $300 (Canadian) for dinner for two as there is no a la carte menu, it’s a set price and you choose your main, and have a buffet sides - or you can eat up at the rooftop bar, but it’s so limited. Why not have a proper menu you can order whatever you want. Many people on the shuttle were also commenting on this and if you read the reviews, people were eating at the 7-11 as there aren’t many choices around there. Other than that, excellent five stars to this hotel and I highly recommend for a lovely stay with interesting programs like tea leaf rolling and a nature hike, yoga and more!

雙床浴缸一晚，地下停車場，有充電樁，陽台能直接看到日出(非每間)，頂樓酒吧，無邊界泳池，以及熱水池非常推薦，觀星/日出好地方 還有24hr健身房，酒店早晚餐buffet吃的很好，食材很棒，建議訂房時就直接購買很值得，省去在山上找食物 飯店有免費接駁車，載去奮起湖，以及阿里山，飯店有提供接駁時間，省去自己開車疲累，以及找車位時間，也推薦 山上天氣到了下午會不穩定，記得攜帶雨具以備，整體非常滿意，下次有機會會再選擇入住。
