The retro decor was really cute and brought back memories of our childhood. Everything was clean and comfortable. We didn’t have the opportunity to spend a lot of time outside relaxing as it was windy and chilly but, the outdoor area did look very appealing. Bed was really comfortable, kitchen a joy to cook in and having the coffe and oatmeal offered was a nice surprise. IF I had to leave one suggestion. A larger trash can in the kitchen and or maybe bear proof cans outside. We always cook our breakfast when away and bring take out back because of traveling with our dog. There is not enough words to describe our stay at this little piece of heaven! From the moment we walked in, it was like a step back in time! It took me back to my mamaw's house when I was a little girl. So calming and peaceful. I wish I could have stayed forever! Everything was so neat and tidy, and clean as a whistle! The decor was so thought out and really represented the "retro" vibe! And the view........ wow! Just WOW! The owners were AMAZING and so thoughtful! The afternoon we checked in, there were storms moving in and it was very windy and foggy. Because of this, the owners reached out to us to make sure we arrived safely, and I thought this was so sweet and caring and honestly made me feel more like family than a guest! Like I said before, I cannot say enough about the whole experience! Would recommend staying here in a heartbeat and can NOT wait to come back!!! ##### Kristy C. We loved all of the retro decor that brought back memories of our childhood. The view was gorgeous and was my favorite thing. It was so close to the Blue Ridge Parkway for proximity to hiking.
