"Best view, very clean property. Staffs are super friendly and welcoming. Value for money. Love the peace and nature of it.
However, we encounter road roads on the way to hotel, and need to transfer to scooters instead. Road works starts from 0730hrs to 2100hrs, so plan your trip to the city area well if you’re carrying your luggage or bulky items. I’ll give this hotel a perfect score.
Oh take note of insects at night. But it makes the whole experience wholesome.

"The staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful and seemed to get along so well with each other. The place was super clean and well located to walk around sapa. Our room pretty quiet at night from street traffic. The front desk surprised us with snacks for the bus ride at 7am when we were leaving. So nice! "

"For the price it was decent. Staff was very friendly and the property was clean. Just keep in mind the rooms are small and the shower is just a shower head where the whole bathroom gets wet. Again, for the price, it's fine. "

"this hotel room was beautiful and had the perfect mountain view. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. food and coffee were delicious. i got a shampoo/face spa for the first time. the lady was amazing! they also gave advice on when it was a good time to visit. all in all, my 2nd favorite hotel ive gone to in my lifetime"
