### Spacious 5-bedroom estate with access to private beach in peaceful Falmouth

Nestled in The Cliffs, just steps from a secluded private beach, this stunning home offers the perfect coastal retreat. Relax on the front porch while listening to the soothing sound of waves or spend the day at the exclusive association beach. With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, including a third-floor space with 4 twin beds, this home is designed to accommodate gatherings of all sizes.  
  
The main level boasts a spacious gourmet kitchen, complete with Viking appliances, dual refrigerators and freezers, a wine fridge, and a walk-in pantry. Adjacent to the kitchen is a generous dining area with a large table perfect for hosting friends and family. The inviting living room features a flat-screen TV and opens to the front porch, creating a seamless flow for indoor-outdoor living.  
  
On the second floor, the primary suite offers a private balcony with breathtaking water views and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Another bedroom with 2 twin beds includes its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms, both with king-sized beds and ample closet space, share a Jack & Jill bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combination.  
  
The third floor provides even more living space, featuring a cozy lounge area, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and 4 twin beds that showcase stunning views of the water. This home is the perfect blend of luxury and comfort for your beachside escape.
