Other Things to Note: ADDITIONAL DETAILS: ▻ The boat slips at the public access for the neighborhood are privately own. We ask that you stay off the boat slips. You can fish, swim, launch kayaks or even bring your boat right to the bank next to the access. If you have questions before booking, don’t hesitate to ask. ▻ Plenty of room also to pull your boat into the driveway if you need a place to keep it. ▻ 2 kayaks available for guest use (life jackets not provided; use at your own risk and adhere to lake safety rules). ▻ We are located in Cave Creek Cove- most of the cove is a no-wake zone so swimming is great here! The Cave Creek campground is 15 minutes away for your boat launch needs and the boat ride back to our area is 3 minutes long! We have an area for swimming and fishing, please note we do not have a "sandy area", the best place for this is on the islands in the lake. There are several places on the lake for jet ski and boat rentals. Just a Few Friendly Notes for Your Safety: ▻ Feel free to enjoy the kayaks, just keep in mind that use is at your own risk ▻ Swimming in the lake is also at your own risk, so please be cautious ▻ Be sure to bring your own life jackets for kayaking or swimming ▻ For safety, children under 12 must wear a life jacket while using the kayaks ▻ Firewood Delivery Option- If you'd like firewood for your stay, we offer a convenient delivery service for $40\. We personally handle both the sourcing and delivery. Payment is made directly, and all we ask is that you let us know ahead of time if you’d like to include it in your booking. We take pride in offering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for your stay. The home is professionally cleaned and well-maintained, though minor signs of age may be present as this is a well-loved home rather than a hotel-style property. If anything needs attention, we’ll address it promptly to ensure a stress-free visit. We kindly ask that you treat the home as your own, and guests are responsible for any damages or loss, which should be reported immediately. HOUSE RULES: ▻ Please do not unplug any electronics that are currently connected. A $50 fee will be charged for every 30 minutes you remain in the unit after this time. ▻ Package Delivery – We cannot guarantee safe or timely receipt of packages sent to the home. For reliability, we recommend using a local pick-up location or requesting doorstep delivery if sending items here. ▻ Pet Policy – We’re happy to welcome pets! A $120 non-refundable fee applies, plus $50 for each additional pet. But everything was pretty chill. The check in part was a little aggravating having to take pictures of IDs and credit cards an and selfies. I've never had to fill out that much to rent a house.
