There’s plenty of comfortable seating, a Roku Smart TV for movie nights, board games for family fun, and a charming wood-burning fireplace for those cozy evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances and everything you need to cook a great meal. A Frame TV faces the kitchen—perfect for following along with a recipe or catching up on your favorite show while you cook. Coffee lovers will enjoy the drip coffee maker, Keurig, and electric kettle for those that perhaps prefer tea. Need to get some work done? Downstairs, the fourth bedroom is a spacious private suite with its own entrance. It offers a full-size pullout memory foam bed, a convenient kitchenette with a fridge, a full bathroom, Roku Smart TV, and a desk for work or study. Step outside to the deck, where you’ll find a cozy outdoor sofa under a shade sail—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or winding down in the evening. There’s outdoor dining for eight, bistro seating, and a gas grill ready for your BBQ favorites. For longer stays or light packing, feel free to use the washer and dryer—just note that the laundry area is in an unfinished space and doesn't yet match the finish of the rest of the home. Parking is a breeze with a 2-car cobblestone carport in the back and plenty of free, easy street parking around the corner-lot property. Please note that, while our home is located close to a nearby lake, we are unfortunately not part of that community. It was plenty of space for our family of five (2 adults, 3 kids ages 6, 9, and 12) and our dog. We really enjoyed taking walks in the neighborhood and seeing the lake. ##### Jennifer O. Beautifully maintained with a great eye for detail. We felt as if we were staying at a 5 star villa. The host was very responsive and kind.
