Loved staying at Comfort Inn at Fernley, NV. The front desk guy was super friendly and kind. The Hotel was clean and well maintained and they had good breakfast for us before we went out on our fishing days. We will definitely be back.

Checked into room, no working heater. Staff was nice and promptly moved me to another room. New room had no towels. I went to sleep. Only to wake and find my sheets and blankets and comforter were stained with blood spots. Disgusting. Not mine by the way. My key never worked. I had to go to front desk and reset my key at least once a day during entire stay. I will not be coming back here!

It's been some time since I stayed at a Comfort Inn. My last experience, about five years ago, left me underwhelmed as I found the properties somewhat run down. However, during a recent long road trip, we needed a place to stay and stumbled upon a Comfort Inn. To our pleasant surprise, the hotel had significantly improved. The lobby was inviting, the staff friendly and attentive, and our room was clean and comfortable. It seems they've made considerable efforts to enhance their guest experience.

It was fine. Feels safe and we like the distance from city on our trips. The a/c unit was very noisy so our sleep was interrupted many many times. But overall good for price.

Very nice place to stay. Our daughter lives in town and this is the place we stay when we come to visit. Would recommend this hotel. And the lady who handles the continental breakfast does a great job and even remembered us. That doesn't happen very often. That just shows you, how welcoming and customer oriented this hotel is.
