Book your escape now! IMPORTANT NOTES: No Events or Large Gatherings. The property is located on a private road in a private community. The maximum number of people that are allowed on the property throughout your stay are the ones you have listed at the time the reservation is made. If you plan to have any guests visit, you must notify us first. The maximum number of cars allowed on the property is 4\. Please respect our neighbors. Quiet time starts at 9pm. The property sits on an active Avocado Grove. Please do not enter the grove areas or pick any fruit. For your safety and to monitor our grove and land, we have outdoor security cameras in the following outdoor spaces: Front door, Driveway, Gate, Front Lawn, Grove, and Pool area. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion and may activate light. The pool is not heated. The pool is not meant for diving. Never let children unattended in the pool area. Watch children at all times while in the pool or pool area, and swim at your own risk. Downstairs doors opens to the pool area can be locked preventing children out to the pool area. Pool toys and inflatables to be used at your own risk. Our pool cleaner typically comes on Wednesday afternoon and will be entering pool area. Our landscaper and grove keeper comes Sunday morning and will be performing maintenance duties around the property. The property utilizes two Smart Thermostats to control air conditioning and heating. The temperature may change automatically by our energy provider based on outside temperature and time of day for energy saving. In order to protect cooling and heating equipment, the thermostats may be programmed with a temperature range. The pond located at entry gate belongs to our neighbor and is off limits. Plenty of room for multiple guests, fun game room, beautiful pool. Host is very responsive. Highly recommended staying here. Close to wineries and not too far from the airport. We had a few hiccups with the pool not being cleaned but it was fixed as soon as I talked to the owner. Place has a problem with sugar ants so you can’t leave anything out for to long or in the dishwasher unclean. Otherwise it’s perfect for all ages! With a pool, foosball and pool table.close to wineries and 30-46min to the beach. Would recommend staying here. ##### Britt M. Lots of room. Great set up and layout for entertaining. Unfortunately it was too cold for the pool, but everyone wants to come back in the Summer to enjoy the house again. Only complaint was that the floors were pretty dirty. If you walked around inside barefoot, your feet got dirty and it was very obvious with the white couches. ##### Erin B. The home was everything that is advertised and situated in an incredibly quiet and peaceful neighborhood. As an avid cyclist, I was excited to take advantage of the close proximity for a ride up Mt. Palomar, a popular HC road climb in this area. Communication with the host was very timely and helpful. Pool water was chilly, but felt wonderful after lounging in the sun. This house was better than we had even expected. The distance to the wedding venue and local eateries it was perfect and very comfortable. The host is incredible and very responsive! The host was great to work with and quickly answered any of our questions. The space was huge and plenty for our family with 9 total staying in the space. We were out and about for a wedding all weekend and wished we could have more time with the all the ammentities and nearby wineries! Beds were comfy, kitchen is stocked and spacious, and the pack and play worked great for our family. For those travelling into downtown Falbrook - we had a little confusion turning right out of the property and running into a gate that we were unable to get through. Always turn right down the mountain :) Also note that you are in a mountain, so the roads approaching the property are windy and steep for those driving at night. ##### Anna L.
