Furnished 5-star tourism near St Emilion (15 minutes) and Bordeaux (30 minutes).   
Between vineyards and countryside, in a quiet environment, it is a world of discovery and relaxation that awaits you.  
Recent contemporary house of 160 m2 with private pool located in between two seas in a small village near Bordeaux and in the heart of Bordeaux vineyards, between St Emilion and Sauternes, in the land of Guyenne bastions and abbeys.   
The nearest beaches are from one hour drive (dune Pyla, Arcachon, Biscarrosse ...).   
For bike lovers, 5 minutes from the house is the Roger Lapébie bike path that connects Bordeaux to Sauveterre de Guyenne and the paths of Saint Jacques de Compostela.   
The house is planted with a garden of 1200 m2, a large covered terrace with table up to 12 people, large plancha and barbecue.   
Large private parking with the possibility of parking several vehicles.   
At your disposal, a large kitchen, a large living room, pantry, two bathrooms, 4 bedrooms including a master suite with bathroom and dressing room.   
The 3 bedrooms have a bed 140 \* 200 and the parental suite a bed 180 \* 200\.   
The 1st bathroom has walk-in shower, bathtub and double sink.   
The second has a walk-in shower and a sink.   
The house is fully equipped, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, household robots, tumble dryer, washing machine, American fridge, a second fridge in the pantry, large plancha, barbecue, swing, baths Sun….  
House Rules: no smoking except outside. Not suitable for animals  
All bedding is provided.  
The arrival will be on Saturday from 16 H and your departure before 10 H.  
Cleaning is included in the rental price.
