### MONOLOCALS FOR 3/4 PEOPLE IN A FARMHOUSE OF THE '700 TO THE SEA

The Antico Casale Del Buono has MONOLOCALI with kitchenette for 3/4 people, in a splendid 18th century farmhouse, renovated, situated in a panoramic position in Torremezzo di Falconara Albanese, about 200 meters from the sea. A more characteristic place, full of personality, different from modern homes. The structure, with private parking, garden with terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, deck chairs, barbecue, WIFI, laundry area, is near the beach and attractions.  
  
The ancient dwellings of the settlers who once worked the land of the Antico Casale Del Buono, nowadays are nice and comfortable studios with a kitchenette (fully equipped) TVLCD, private bathroom with shower. The studios all have private entrance and are tastefully furnished with antique furniture and colors in pastel colors. Some of them are equipped with comfortable verandas ideal for eating a few meals and also designed to accommodate four-legged friends.  
  
All guests can freely use a large garden and outdoor terraces from which you can enjoy the view of the sea and its fascinating sunsets. The garden is equipped with umbrellas and sun beds, ideal space for relaxing, sunbathing, socializing and eating outdoors. The garden also has showers with hot water heated by 'solar energy, a pleasant and environmentally friendly way to daily relaxation in summer. Inside the garden you can enjoy free, even, the barbecue area, ideal for organizing an evening, cooking on the grill their favorite dishes, taking advantage of the seats to dine in peace around the green, enjoying the fresh air of the evening. There is a large free private parking, where you can park your car and always have an available place. Finally, in the common areas guests can freely use the WIFI and access the laundry point.  
  
To welcome you, me, my family and my two dogs.  
We are available to H24 guests for any information, requests and itineraries in the area. Check-in is flexible. Our philosophy of tourism is based on quality in spite of quantity: vacationers must be able to keep an excellent memory of their holidays.  
  
How to reach us:  
CAR: If coming from the north, take the Mediterranean motorway A2 exit Cosenza Nord, take the SS. 107 for Paola. Here take the SS. 18 towards TORREMEZZO, covering it for 10 Km, shortly after the Esso petrol, on the left there is the structure; If coming from the south, take the Mediterranean motorway A2 exit Falerna, take the SS. 18 for 10 Km direction TORREMEZZO, immediately after the first junction for Torremezzo continuing for the SS. 18 on the right is the structure.  
TRAIN: Paola train station - take Bus or Taxi for SS. 18 TORREMEZZO;  
PLANE: Lamezia Terme -Bus airport, Taxi, Rental for SS. 18 TORREMEZZO.  
  
Antico Casale Del Buono is just a 45-minute drive from Lamezia Terme Airport.  
  
Cesare's house is located in Falconara Albanese, Calabria, Italy.  
The structure is located in Torremezzo di Falconara Albanese (known seaside resort) in the province of Cosenza, is about 200 meters from the beach (3 minutes walk). Surrounded by olive trees is the temple of relaxation, where you can stay without being disturbed by daily chaos. At the same time, thanks to its central position, you can reach on foot different beaches, discos and pizzerias open during the summer.  
  
In summer Torremezzo is the ideal place for lovers of the sea. It offers: bathing beaches, discos, children's playground, pizzerias and bars. In winter, it is the ideal place for those who want to relax and take long walks along the seafront. A few kilometers from the Antico Casale Del Buono by car you can visit Falconara, a typical village of origin arbëreshë. Interesting from a cultural point of view as the arbëreshë language, Greek Orthodox religious rites and popular traditions have been preserved over time. Attraction for visitors in addition to the churches with Byzantine icons and images is the "Castelluccio", a giant monolithic rock on the top of which is fixed a cross reached by a flight of 127 stone steps. Try the typical potato omelette and gypsy fusilli. A few kilometers from the structure, at any time of year, it is worth visiting: Fiumefreddo Bruzio - one of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy - (to visit the castle of the Valley, the artistic works of Salvatore Fiume, the palaces and the different churches); Serra d'Aiello (to visit the archaeological park and the archaeological museum "Antiquarium", where artifacts of ancient ancient Temesa are preserved); Belmonte Calabro (to visit the museum of rural culture, the Mother Church, the Capuchin convent and the palaces of its beautiful historic center); Amantea (to visit the convent of San Bernardino to admire the works of Cagini and Bernini, the convent of the Clarisse where there is the only Arab stele discovered and, finally, its historical center); Paola (to visit the Sanctuary of San Francesco and the Byzantine frescoes of Sotterra); and again the beautiful historical centers of San Lucido and Fuscaldo; Cosenza (to visit the historic center, the castle, the cathedral, the church of San Domenico, the National gallery, the MAB open-air museum and the Brettii and Enotri museum); finally the Sila, a suggestive plateau with its lakes, the National Park and the Giants of Fallistro.
