Located in the idyllic village of South Creake, this recently renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom semi-detached cottage perfectly blends countryside charm with modern living.  
  
The property is a beautifully restored cottage designed with both comfort and character in mind. The spacious main reception room features dining space for six, offering a bright and inviting area for gatherings. The modern kitchen, with exposed brickwork and a barn door leading to the enclosed garden, is a standout feature. Perfect for entertaining, it provides a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. A second reception room with a cozy wood burner adds a touch of rustic warmth, ideal for relaxing evenings. The ground floor also includes a stylish shower room. Upstairs, the spacious bathroom boasts a free-standing bath and separate shower enclosure, offering a luxurious retreat.  
  
The three bedrooms are thoughtfully designed, with the master featuring high vaulted ceilings and a king-size bed, exuding a sense of airy sophistication. The second bedroom includes a pull-out day bed, and the third features a charming high cabin bed. The property welcomes up to two dogs (you must request a second dog before booking), with a thoughtful touch for your furry friends: a comfortable dog bed and cage nestled under the stairs in the entrance hall. While dogs are not permitted upstairs, the enclosed garden provides a secure and safe space for outdoor play. With parking for three cars and a perfect blend of charm and practicality, this cottage captures the essence of Norfolk living.  
  
Nestled in the heart of North Norfolk, South Creake is renowned for its peaceful rural setting, yet it’s only a short drive from the vibrant market town of Burnham Market and the stunning North Norfolk coastline. This area is a haven for nature lovers, offering picturesque walks, wildlife reserves and the pristine sandy beaches of Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea.  
  
South Creake boasts a welcoming village atmosphere, village green, and a historic church. Nearby, you’ll find boutique shops, delightful cafes, and artisan markets. There is a farmer’s market art Abbey Creake in the first week of the month (except January) well worth a visit. The surrounding area is rich with activities, from exploring the grand Holkham Hall to enjoying water sports at the coast. Whether you’re seeking a tranquil retreat or a base to explore Norfolk’s treasures, this location delivers the perfect balance. Beach 7¼ miles.
