Très bon accueil des propriétaires, chaleureux et attentionnés. Le petit-déjeuner est inclus et varié. Très bien situé, à pied de la plage et du centre de Matala. Piscine agréable. Chambre rudimentaire mais ok pour une nuit.

Dear guests, thank you being guests in our house for one night. Like you see we revovate our hotel in all public places in this winter. We also have rooms are new renovated, but this rooms are not possible to book if you book in internet "standard" room. Music we change every day and it was music from the "60th", normally fit good to the feeling in Matala. Sure in some hours you stay in Matala you don´t get this positive feeling from "our" village. Très agréable séjour à Matala!
Très bon séjour dans cet établissement à l'écart du centre mais à une distance très raisonnable de la plage. Equipement des chambres simple mais suffisant. Sanitaires impeccables. Très beau jardin arboré autour de l'hôtel qui apporte ombre et fraîcheur. Très belle piscine. Propreté irréprochable. Très bon accueil. Sites archéologiques et belles balades aux environs.Une adresse que je recommande!

Accueil sympathique des propriétaires, nous les avons trouvé très serviables. Petit hôtel simple, propre, des abords ombragés très plaisants, la piscine est elle aussi très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais correct, ce n'est pas un buffet, il est servi à la place sur la terrasse (boisson chaude au choix, jus d'orange, pain beurre confiture, jambon, fromages, quelques morceaux de fruits (pastèque, orange, banane) + un changement tous les jours : par ex yaourt au miel ou céréales ou œuf dur ou cake...) les propriétaires demandent toujours si tout va bien et si nous désirons du supplément. La chambre est simple mais correcte elle aussi, la clim fonctionnait bien, le réfrigérateur aussi. Parfois difficile d'avoir un peu de pression à l'heure de la douche, mais il faut savoir patienter, on est en vacances... Seul bémol pour cet hôtel, le manque d'insonorisation des chambres, bruits de portes, chasse d'eau et clim des autres chambres s'entendent très facilement la nuit ...si vous avez la chance de ne pas avoir de voisins ou s'ils sont tranquilles c'est parfait sinon prévoyez peut être des boules quies... Après il faut savoir faire des concessions (ce que pas mal de Français ont parfois du mal à faire, surtout à l'étranger)... Ce n'est pas le grand luxe mais pour le prix l’hôtel est très correct. Pour ceux qui cherchent le luxe, changez de catégorie d’hôtel.

Nous avons sejourné une nuit dans cet hotel. Prix modéré, petit déjeuner correct sans plus. La clim ne fonctionnait pas. Sèche-cheveux en supplement (3€)

La proximité de la plage, le calme, la piscine, la propreté, les bons petits déjeuner et surtout , surtout, le dévouement, l'extrême gentillesse des hôtes (le patron n'hésite pas à guider ses clients dans les sites tout proches à visiter) ont fait de ce passage d'une nuit un des excellents souvenirs de notre voyage en Crète.

We had a very nice stay at this beautiful hotel. We had a very nice and clean room, the breakfast is very good, the swimming pool is very nice and the location is great, the owners are very friendly and helpful. We would like to come back to this hotel again.

Simpelt og rigtigt græsk hotel med utroligt venligt tysk værtspar. Servicen stopper ikke. Der er morgenmad med i prisen og AC kan lejes for 5Euro pr døgn (anbefales) fordi der er myg.

Gut angekommen, gute, ruhige Lage am Ortsrand, nette Gastgeber und gutes Frühstück. Ausgangspunkt für tolle Ausflüge, hilfreiche Unterstützung. Strand besser nicht im Ort nutzen - es gibt viele schönere rundherum.

Old school bohemian charm in Matala
A very comfortable, slightly quirky, original and welcoming stay at an independent hotel with some original charm! It’s not super slick but it is cute and comfy and charming in an old school hippy Matala style and I liked it.

Small but comfortable room with attached balcony/patio a short walk to main beach and plaza. Friendly, efficient staff. Plenty of shaded seating by the pool. Breakfast is adequate but underwhelming. Parking is on site. Smoking is evidently allowed in all rooms.

Siamo una coppia, abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti all'hotel neos. L'hotel è molto semplice, non è per persone troppo esogenti sicuramente ma per poche notti di passaggio può andare. Colazione buona e abbondante ma alle 10 tolgono tutto anche stai ancora mangiando!

We offer the breakfast every day from 8.30 until 10.00 a.m, one moment it is necessary to close the buffet. We leave the drinks (coffee, tea, juices, milk, water) normally 20 minutes longer. Sehr nettes und top geführtes Hotel
Als sommerausklang haben wir uns entschieden Südkreta zu erkunden und haben das Hotel Neos entdeckt. Kurz und bündig: für diesen Preis kann man wirklich nichts besseres bekommen und die Sauberkeit und die Gastfreundlichkeit kann eigentlich nicht getoppt werden. Weiter so!

Hübsche kleine Hotelanlage mit gutem Preisen
Hübsche kleine Hotelanlage, die von einem deutsche Ehepaar betrieben wird. Idyllisch gelegen und mit hervorragendem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und sauber, es gibt einen hübschen kleinen Pool und ein liebevoll angerichtetes Frühstück. Knapp 400 Meter vom Beach und vom Trubel entfernt ist das die ideale Unterkunft für entspannte Tage. Ich habe mich 3 Tage lang dort richtig wohl gefühlt. Keine Frage: wenn wieder Matala, dann Hotel Neos. Gerne auch länger.
