The location is excellent, just half an hour from downtown Asheville or Chimney Rock State Park and 1.5 hr. from Gatlinburg TN. Also only 15 minutes from Biltomre Mansion and only 1 hour from Cherokee. About the hosts, all I have to say is that it was great and on point. We had to fill the hot tub with water because it wasn’t full enough to heat properly. Once we filled it it heated right up. The construction noise was minimal. We were able to use the hot tub which was lovely with the 20-degree temps. We even got to see some snow while we were there! The location of the house is a short drive from downtown. We did try to get an Uber but unfortunately, there were none. I would say that is the only thing that we did not love about the trip, other than that I can not say enough good things about the house we stayed in. ##### Tracey F.
