The location is excellent, just half an hour from downtown Asheville or Chimney Rock State Park and 1.5 hr. from Gatlinburg TN. Also only 15 minutes from Biltomre Mansion and only 1 hour from Cherokee. About the hosts, all I have to say is that it was great and on point. The listing states that the home has a TV in the master bedroom on the main level but there is no TV in that bedroom; the home has 1 TV located in the living room. The only thing that would have made our stay more enjoyable was having a TV in each bedroom. The location was excellent! We were 15 minutes from downtown and Biltmore. Kitchen is under stocked. Not much of a yard, but there is a common space within walking distance. We had to fill the hot tub with water because it wasn’t full enough to heat properly. Once we filled it it heated right up. The construction noise was minimal. It could have used larger pots in the kitchen, only had small sauce pans and small fry pans. It could have used a large pot to boil pasta.
