THINGS TO KNOW There is a lot of wildlife in the area, so be alert and don't feed the animals. Guests may need 4WD for traveling over Hoosiers or Kenosha Pass per the Colorado traction laws - not necessarily while driving in Fairplay to the house. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Security camera details: At entry, patio & garage Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Being able to use the garage was a plus during the rain and hail times encountered, could unload in a dry area. Utilized the deck and grill for cooking and was a very nice feature.
