Nestled between the Rocky & Purcell Mountains with stunning views of both along with the Mountainside Golf Course, Benny’s Place is a spacious end townhome offering 2,500 square feet across three levels. With 3 bedrooms, a loft, and 3 full bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it perfect for families, groups of friends, or golf getaways for 3 couples or 4-5 singles. The open-plan main level features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a cozy living room with a large-screen TV for streaming, and a wood-burning fireplace for chilly evenings. Step outside to the private wrap-around deck, complete with a BBQ, outdoor lounge, and dining space, offering breathtaking views – the perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon drinks, or stargazing at night. It was very clean and setup well with lots of room. It was perfect location for our ski days to the Fairmont ski hill. (your ski passes get you into the hot springs). For parents to relax there were TV's in almost every room, so everyone could watch their own shows and let mom and dad enjoy the main kitchen/living/dining room while preparing food, enjoying beverage and chilling.For us it was the 50 more than staying at the Fairmont Hot Springs Hotel where we would have had to sleep in the same room as the children, eat out every meal and trip over the gear drying out for the next day! Instead we had 3 floor condo that was setup perfect for our family and our 3 nights.Property communication was via text, professional and courteuos.We really enjoyed this property! ##### Jarret R.
