This property exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, organized, and well-maintained everything was. The home was even better than the photos, with thoughtful touches throughout that made our stay incredibly comfortable.One of our favorite parts of the trip was relaxing on the porch, watching the pelicans glide over the water and listening to the peaceful sounds of the bay. It was the perfect setting to unwind and recharge.We've stayed at several VRBO rentals over the years, and this one stands out as the best. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware, etc. The exterior was very well maintained. The only thing that stops me from giving it all 5 stars was the odor. When you first step in the is a slight cigarette smoke and musty smell. The owner had a dehumidifier going so they are obviously aware of the musty smell. I assume previous inconsiderate guests account for the cigarette odor?? Anyway, all clothes whether worn or not went in to the washer when we got home because the odor stayed with them. While at the unit one’s nose quickly gets used to it so it definitely did not ruin our visit. I’m not sure what the solution is but it needs addressing. ##### Jim M. The family agreed this was the best ‘baycay’ yet. Water All The Way is beautiful, comfortable, and the pier experience was great.
