Come enjoy this architecturally distinctive and charming coastal downtown Fairhope loft right off of Fairhope Avenue! Hosted by Book Montrose, this 2 Bedroom + Sleeper sofa / 1 Full Bath loft sleeps 5 and was lovingly re-designed for a uniquely coastal Fairhope feel and outfitted with luxurious amenities to make you feel at home.



The Space:

Perfect for a Fairhope weekend getaway or week+ family vacation, this property is located in the HEART of downtown Fairhope! Every inch of this charming coastal LOFT was thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable, cozy and airy stay, featuring dramatic HIGH ceilings.



At Book Montrose, we care about your experience and as such, we've outfitted this home with AMENITIES to make your stay luxurious and for you to feel right at home!



In the kitchen, you'll find a stovetop, granite non-stick cookware (full set), Moccamaster gourmet drip coffee maker, designer retro Haden toaster oven, Chef's cutting board and knife set and more. The kitchen was outfitted by people who like to cook, and we've chosen items that we personally use and love in our own homes!



Other amenities include ultra high-speed Wi-Fi, a Marshall Bluetooth speaker for your tunes, a large 65 in latest 4K Google smart TV, a writer's desk with a 4k monitor with easy laptop hookup, and a washer and dryer.



In both of the bedrooms, you will find a hotel-quality KING bed with super comfortable mattresses, pillows and linens, all hand-picked and extensively tested by our sleep-obsessed team to ensure a rejuvenating night's rest! In the living room, you'll find a Twin XL day bed with a full set of extra linens and pillows. In the bathroom are spa-quality toiletries.

Perfect location! Accommodations perfect: clean, comfy bed, cute loft, cute outdoor area, great communication. Two block (easy walk) to shops and restaurants. Amazing waterfront in Fairhope. You can also walk to waterfront (8 minutes). Pier is very accessible for wheelchairs or scooters. A gem in a fabulous town. Would definitely come back.

Wonderful Stay in Fairhope!We absolutely loved our stay at this property in Fairhope, AL. It was immaculately clean and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the pier, local shops, and great dining spots. It’s ideal for anyone wanting to explore Fairhope on foot.The host was very responsive and helpful, quickly answering our questions and making sure we had everything we needed.A couple of small suggestions: adding a place to hang bath towels in the bathroom would be convenient, and a motion-activated security light in the carport would be a nice safety feature.Overall, we highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Just Book it!!!

My small family of three stayed for two nights and had a blast! The loft is in the dead center of town, so one can just walk out the front door and enjoy! The area is super quiet and private. We made the right choice picking this place for our family!!! Coffee is supplied, but don't forget to bring your own creamer!! Thank you for sharing such a lovely place!!!

Great Getaway

This was one of the cutest places I have ever stayed in. It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the backyard with lights was inviting. Everything is within walking distance from this property. Fairhope is such a quaint little town. Highly recommend visiting and using this property.

Charming Downtown Loft

I am from Fairhope but now live out of state with my young family. We were in town for the holidays to visit my parents and found this cute little downtown loft. It was perfect! I felt like I got to experience my hometown in a new way. We walked everywhere - to the bay, downtown for breakfast, to the park, Mr. Gene's Beans (a favorite!) and shopping. The loft itself was well designed, well stocked and comfortable. Plenty of privacy too - one bedroom is downstairs and the other is upstairs with the kitchen, living room, bathroom, etc. You'll love staying here!

Great Stay!

We enjoyed staying at the loft. It was just as described with everything we needed for a long weekend stay in Fairhope. Beautifully decorated with very comfortable furniture. Location is perfect for walking down to waterfront and the shops and restaurants downtown. Will stay here the next time we visit the area.
