« Very disappointed. The area was very run down and we were uncomfortable about the area. All surrounding houses were unkept and deteriorating. Inside of property was ok. But very old. Creaky floors so bad and scratchy furniture uncomfortable to sit on especially down stairs. Didn’t feel clean. The floor vent in hall was caked with dust. All 3 bedrooms were upstairs and only 1 bathroom was upstairs. Challenging for older adults to all go up and downstairs at night. Kitchen pans were old and badly...

« This room is a great location in downtown Birmingham with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The place was easy to find and access. My main complaint was the presence of a few roaches, and the bathroom had a VERY strong smell of cat litter. At least that's the first thing that came to mind when I noticed the smell. I spent plenty of time trying to figure out if I had missed something or if the smell was coming from somewhere else. The bathroom was otherwise clean. »
