« Ron & Orline were great hosts. They were very communicative and were very flexible to arrange a time to meet and get access to the house. When we met to get the key, I was given a quick tour and knew where everything was. The house was on the main road leading the downtown Bardstown, the only downside to that is that if you slept in the living room on the sofa bed, there was some street noise, but the convenience of the location made up for that. We would definitely recommend and hope to return...

« The backyard was very accommodating to our pet needs; fences are expensive and can be tricky with local ordinances, but a fully enclosed backyard would make a great situation a perfect one.The house and property were very clean, the kitchen very functionally stocked, bathrooms ready to go with plenty of towels/soap/shampoo etc., TVs were awesome and internet service fully provided for. « The house was very clean. The house was also nicely decorated in a vintage style that added a nice touch to our visit. Due to the rain, there was one minor issue. The host immediately took care of it and. it did not interfere with our visit or experience. The home was also located near all the sites we were visiting during our short stay.If we are back in this area again, we would definetely consider staying at The Farmwife's Hideaway. »

« Excellent experience. Great, quiet location, away from the city. We had a group of 10 to tour the bourbon trail. The house is very nicely equipped with everything we needed, especially the kitchen. We cooked most breakfast and dinners. Michelle was easy to contact. I would definitely use the house again. »
