Hotel was great, staff were friendly, rooms were clean - BUT, it rests in the center of a block where there is little else. You have to explore to discover where any restaurants, shops, grocery stores are, because they certainly aren't visible from the property. Having said that - I stayed 3 nights, and the hotel was full every night. Also - you might consider isolation to be a positive thing! Great breakfast area. Good starting point for trips to Napa - 20 mins away.

Great Place Not Too Far from Napa

Posted 26-Jun-2017
Pros: Lots of amenities: full functioning mini-kitchen, sitting room area with TV, separate bedroom with doors that close, great A/C, plenty of hot water.
Chose this hotel because of the decent ratings and it was only 12 miles from where our friends live in Napa. (All other hotels were booked or way overpriced because the Sonoma NASCAR was in town.) Construction was ongoing and breakfast was served over at the other hotel, but it's just across the way. (We didn't go over to eat, choosing to sleep in instead.) The room was great for what we needed it for - a place to sleep. We didn't notice any extraneous noise coming from the adjacent rooms. Construction work didn't start until late morning, so plenty of time to sleep in.

It's getting there...

Stayed at this hotel to attend BottleRock in Napa (a 15 minute drive). Recently renovated however, our room was missing a fridge (so had kitchen but, no way to keep anything cold so weren't able to prepare anything). Two of us traveling. Bed had 3 pillows and 2 towels were provided. I guess we're accustomed to a couple of pillows each on the bed and an extra towel or two when staying at a hotel. Breakfast provided was at hotel across the street due to breakfast area being renovated (so we didn't end up doing breakfast any of the 4 days we stayed). It also puzzles us why hotels will do special social hour events but only do them during the weekdays as rates are generally higher on the weekends.

Thank you for choosing us to accommodate your lodging needs during your Bottle Rock trip. We are so sorry to hear that your room was missing key accommodations and we hope to make it up to you in the future. Our renovation will be coming to a close soon. We apologize for the inconvenience our your stay, but hope you return so that we can make the next one better.

Friendly,clean, but under construction

Posted 14-May-2017
Pros: clean and quiet
Cons: A return of the good breakfast
Location: Fairfield is very close to the Napa Valley
The staff was friendly, and the room was clean, but the breakfast area was undergoing a rehab so we had to go to the adjacent hotel for breakfast. I didn't think this breakfast was nearly as good as the Staybridge we experienced outside of Chicago last year or the one in Herndon Va 3 yrs. ago. However, we will continue to use your hotels unless we feel that we should really give your competitor, Springhill a chance.
